The 2040-01 Aluminum Frame Self-Luminous Exit Sign is a single face sign that requires no electricity or external light source. The illumination of this exit sign is from a light source that consists of glass tubes internally coated with phosphor and filled with tritium gas, a natural hydrogen isotope. The maintenance-free tamper-proof design makes the 2040-01 ideal for damp, wet, explosion-proof, and extreme temperature locations. The extruded aluminum frame is available in four colors, and custom wording and pictograms are available.
