The 2040-80 Recessed Self-Luminous Exit Sign requires no electricity or external light source and has a 100-foot visibility rating. This recessed maintenance-free sign features illumination with a light source of glass tubes internally coated with phosphor and filled with tritium gas, a natural hydrogen isotope. Approved for floor proximity or above-door applications, the 2040-80 is tamper-proof with a vandal-resistant polycarbonate cover and is ideal for damp, wet, explosion-proof, and extreme temperature applications. This exit sign is easy to install and offers custom wording and pictograms.
